AS Media Studies: Coursework Deadline

Thursday February 6
Completion of your first draft front cover; contents page and double page spread.

REMEMBER:
Proof-read your front cover/contents page/article: you would NEVER find spelling errors in a magazine!
Ensure that your cover-lines match your contents page and vice-versa.
Make sure you have no ‘negative’ space
Corresponding page numbers!
Make sure that your magazine looks as authentic as possible
Print off your work in preparation for the lessons on the 7th to show to me and your peers to get audience reaction (this can be marked for drafting and target audience)

The following needs to be uploaded to your blog:
1. Magazine title
2. Main artiste/band name/members [plus CD title; tracks and tour dates (if appropriate)]
3. Supporting artistes/bands/members (reasons as to why they're in the magazine)

Research, drafting and planning should be a CONTINUOUS process.
Blog posts should be little and OFTEN.
No posts until we come back in January will seriously impact on your marks!
